This training and capacity building wing is known as Dr. Ambedkar Centre for Social Empowerment which has formed with a vision to empower the youth of our nation as well as to support the backwards classes and marginalised sections of our society through the various skill-based training programmes and academic cum industrial supports. SAIARD’s Training & Capacity Building wings of is an unique platform led  by the qualified professionals having vast experience in the field of academia and industrial sectors. Its a one stop solution where you will get all kinds of assistance regarding academic and industry or corporate related issues. We believe in building long-term relationships with our participants and to make it valuable we always act in their best interest and offer advice that will always be professional, reliable and relevant. Along with that, the centre will work to spread the policy, vision and philosophy of Dr B.R. Ambedkar through its various academic modes and highlighting issues relating to the socio- economic and cultural life of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, minorities, backward classes and other weaker sections of the society.
