About CS2R
Centre for Socio-Cultural Studies & Research is one of the dynamic centre of SAIARD has been formed with a broad vision to address the cultural diversity and its versatility in front of the world, to pursue the various socio-cultural issues in a more critical way and to highlight the changing phases or paradigms of our society and to analyse its impact on society.
To reach this versatility from the very beginning of this centre it has taken a community based approach through its various academic activities either individually or in collaboration with different academic, non-academic and Govt of India organisations specially, Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR), Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), Govt of India.
Not only that, as the inclusion and integration of knowledge from the different verticals of the society is one of the prime objective of this centre, along with its various academic practices it has opened up its windows and encourages all kinds of intellectual thoughts and discussions through its various outreach programmes throughout the year.
